Terms & Conditions — bdttk1 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

By accessing the bdttk1 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and bdttk1 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, warranties, and agreements — whether written or oral — that may have been made between you and bdttk1.

These Terms are made available in English, which is the official language of the bdttk1 Platform. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute concerning the interpretation of these Terms, the English language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Modifications to the Platform

bdttk1 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any feature, game, promotion, payment method, or other aspect of the Platform at any time and without prior notice, except where notice is required under applicable law. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

To access the real-money features of the bdttk1 Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, casino games, and sports betting — you must register a player account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bdttk1 enforces a strict 18+ policy. Players who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.
• You are registering for yourself only and not on behalf of another person.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, a Prohibited Territory where use of this Platform is unlawful.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of bdttk1 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by bdttk1 for a terms violation.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction, or, if you are, you have self-excluded and are not seeking to circumvent that exclusion.

Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your account. Your registered name, date of birth, and contact details must match the identity documents you submit during KYC verification. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure without refund of any balance.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the bdttk1 Platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. bdttk1 uses automated and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended, all balances will be frozen pending investigation, and any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdttk1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.

bdttk1 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set out in the cashier section of the Platform, which may be updated from time to time.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at bdttk1 is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There are no fees charged by bdttk1 on mobile wallet deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Third-party charges imposed by your payment provider are not within bdttk1's control and are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay may take up to 30 minutes. In exceptional circumstances — such as high withdrawal volume, security checks, or public holidays — processing times may extend beyond these estimates. bdttk1 does not guarantee processing within a specific timeframe and shall not be held liable for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the same account — this is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• The withdrawal amount cannot exceed your available real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal.
• bdttk1 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you and may request additional documentation.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bdttk1 reserves the right to charge a monthly account maintenance fee on dormant accounts. You will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied, giving you the opportunity to log in and reactivate your account. Any remaining real-money balance will be preserved and returned to you upon request after identity verification.

bdttk1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier (for example, 20x or 30x) is clearly stated on each promotion page. A wagering requirement of 20x on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place total qualifying bets of ৳20,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

Bonus Abuse

bdttk1 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once; placing low-risk hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure; using automated software or bots to place bets; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any account identified as engaged in bonus abuse will be permanently suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

Promotion Availability

bdttk1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already actively being utilised by a player will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time it was claimed, unless fraud or abuse is detected. Promotions are intended for recreational players only and are not available to players who have self-excluded or are subject to responsible gaming restrictions.

By using the bdttk1 Platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where appropriate — referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or disguise the proceeds of any unlawful activity. bdttk1 cooperates fully with anti-money-laundering investigations.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with the Platform without genuine human input.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve outcomes that would not be possible in genuine independent play, including in poker, live dealer games, and sports betting syndicate activity designed to exploit markets.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with bdttk1 support. Chargeback fraud will result in account closure and recovery action.
• System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or pricing anomalies in the sportsbook for financial gain. Any winnings arising from a demonstrable system error are void and will be reversed.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain access to another player's account, to the Platform's backend systems, or to any data not intended for your access.
• Minors Gaming: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 18, or registering an account on behalf of a minor.

All content on the bdttk1 Platform — including but not limited to the bdttk1 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of bdttk1 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bdttk1.
• Use any bdttk1 trademark, logo, or brand asset for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software component of the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any external website or application.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform.

Game content made available on the Platform is licensed from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. bdttk1's licence to offer those games does not extend any rights in that content to you beyond the right to play the games on the Platform.

If you believe that any content on the bdttk1 Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us in writing at [email protected] with full details of the alleged infringement, including the nature of the right, the specific content in question, and your contact information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdttk1, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

bdttk1's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Platform Availability

bdttk1 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside our control may cause temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance periods in advance, but shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.

Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) and third-party game providers. bdttk1 does not control those third-party systems and cannot be held liable for failures, delays, or errors that originate within them. Any dispute with a payment provider regarding a transaction must be raised directly with that provider, although bdttk1's support team will assist in investigating the matter where possible.

Force Majeure

bdttk1 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms that results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, pandemic, power failures, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or any other event that could not have been prevented by the exercise of reasonable care. In such events, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and we will take reasonable steps to resume normal operations as quickly as practicable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdttk1 in respect of your use of the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any particular time does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of bdttk1 to be effective.
